The reviewer talked to a dot through ChatGPT. It runs on its own Linux cloud computer with a real Chrome browser and can message him when it needs approval. Connected apps carried over from ChatGPT. Over a few days it flagged payment problems, resolved a delivery clash, updated his calendar, rebooked tables and dealt with broadband support. It also signed in to accounts using email codes.

Dots need ChatGPT Pro ($100–$500 a month) or Business Premium. The author needed a VPN from Europe or the UK, and personal plans allow training on your data by default.
